Dehesas constitute land use surface with more presence in Extremadura region, with more than 1,2 million hectares quantified. By this way, this paper aims to determine dehesa surfaces and how they are composited through the analysis of their elements. Moreover, it has been extracted information about dehesa surfaces and compare them with the SIGPAC data. Additionally, it has been presented an analysis about the changes suffered in the reference period 2005-2014. Finally, applying Annual Exchange Rate, it has been detected that dehesa surfaces are losing by 7.000 hectares in the reference period although they are the main land use-land cover in the region.
