Abstract
Using microdata from the last Agrarian Census (1999), complemented with qualitative information from interviews, in this paper we propose a classification of the lemon exploitations from Malaga. Defined as such those with Orientacion Tecnicoeconomica included in the citrus group, and have lemon trees, we have constructed a classification using multivariant analysis methods (factor analysis, and k means cluster). In addition, we offer, for selected municipali- ties, the distribution of the exploitations according to the cluster they have been included in.
