Abstract
The work is part of research that attempts to elucidate the relationship between public policies implemented in the current neoliberal economic system predominantly socio-demographic vulnerability, understood as an event that affects the multi-development conditions of the general population, at different levels , that is.
This part of the research refers to the determination of how methodological sociodemographic vulnerability affects the population in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico, and can serve as the basis for further discussion on the loss of development opportunities within current environment.
