Abstract
The present research aims to identify and prioritize the factors that influence the weakening of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of Quevedo-Ecuador. For this, a survey was conducted, using the qualitative technique Delphi, directed to experts of the sector. The results obtained with this technique, and two rounds of consultations, suggest the implementation of the following strategies: better access to financial resources, improvement of the qualification of human resources, as well as the training and enhancement of the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurial culture, since these are the factors considered critical in the study.
