Abstract
The III Andalusian Plan for Housing and Soil defines Agreed Restoration Areas (ARA) as ‘a global tool of intervention in specific central urban areas’ with the primary aim of obtaining better housing conditions and restoring places of heritage. Specific studies are required to apply this new tool of urban intervention, thus enabling a better understanding of the physical and human environment concerned. The following article is one of them.
