Abstract
This article presents an approach to the potentialities and problems that the use of sources on microspace scale for the demographic analysis on the basis of the own experience of investigation of the author in its research of the Thesis of Doctorate of the author. In this direction, it is made a recall of the driving process to obtaining and the application of this type of data for the localization of demographic patterns in Galicia (North-western of Spain) and for the definition of their territorial logic, which was made by means of the analysis of cases selected in the southern half of the province of A Corunna.
