Abstract
We present a methodology to quantify the visual impact that would be produced by any antropic element in nature background as perceived from a railway. We have tried to prove that a visual impact is not only inversely proportional to the distance between the antropic object and the observer, but there exist distance thresholds that determine equal value impact. At the same time we have taken into account the peculiarities of the dynamic vision (when moving, from a road).
