Abstract
In spite of the proximity of its territories, separated by an arm of sea, Spain and Morocco hardly present, from the demographic point of view, notables differences that affect population dynamics (natality, mortality, migrations) and structural character (sex, age, homes), allowing to guess different phases in the process from demographic transition, which is not obstacle to appreciate similar tendencies: the fall of the fecundity, the aging of the population or the height of the cities and its surroundings.
