Abstract

Analysis about the Spanish Criminal Codes in sexual attacks. Study Proyect of Law on Guarantees and Sexual Freedom, Focus in two elements: the elimination of the distinction between abuse and sexual assault, and the incorporation of the definition "absence of consent" to the criminal type of sexual assault. international conventions and treaties in Spanish Law.
