Abstract
This article makes part of a didactic project already used by the author elsewhere. In this case the masoretic phenomenon of the sebīrīn is explained, and those of the book of Joshua are analyzed in the masoroth of codices Cairo, Aleppo, Leningrad B19a, Complutensian University M1, and the Rabbinic Bible of Jacob Ben Hayim. The thesis that the sebīrīn are readings wrongly suggested and that they are to be rejected is maintained.
