Abstract

The work of lbn Sahl is a work of concret and real thigs of which we ask for the fetwa of the muftíes and of which the judge, finally gives his judgement. At the sume time, is takes in the majority of thigs, but not all, this judgement (ḥukm) of the judge, in the way that he began topractice in Al-Andalus with the cadí Ibn Ziyād (s. IX-X).
