Abstract
The question of the housing of the elderly remains for many reasons among the concerns of the elected officials and social lessors. One of the solutions brought to the ageing of tenants of the social sector, in the Pas-de-Calais, is that of Beguine convents, «closed» allotments reserved for the seniors. The first results resulting from two surveys carried out near various actors and presented in this contribution make it possible to approach the effects of closing on the sense of security and the life of the tenants, in particular by the study of the representations of the risk by the elderly.
