Abstract

Management initiatives play an important role in local processes, because of these firms foment the development and encourage the economy and society of rural spaces. In this sense, this space raises new possibilities to management initiatives throw New Employment Opportunities. In this work, we make an explore of the businesswomen in the province of Malaga, in order to know what kind of companies women initiate in rural spaces, and which the activities rising in these areas are.
