Mujeres condenadas por homicidio en España: perfil criminológico y tipología de casos

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es estudiar el comportamiento de las mujeres homicidas en España, ya que apenas existen investigaciones al respecto por su baja prevalencia, entre otros motivos. Para ello, se seleccionaron 94 sentencias en las que al menos una mujer fue condenada por homicidio intencionado o asesinato. Además, se creó un diccionario de 70 variables que recogen los aspectos más relevantes del hecho, la autoría y la victimología. Después, se aplicó la técnica de análisis clúster jerárquico, la prueba de chi-cuadrado junto a los residuos tipificados corregidos y se obtuvo la distribución de frecuencias de todas las variables. Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones de los resultados obtenidos junto a sus implicaciones y limitaciones. Dentro de los cuales se destaca, por su utilidad práctica en la investigación policial, la creación de un perfil criminal de la mujer homicida en España y una taxonomía de siete tipos de homicidios.
