Abstract
This research aims to shed some light on the woman who seems destined to lead the space of the transformative left in Spain, Yolanda Díaz. The Minister of Labour has managed to position herself as one of the country’s best-known politicians, awakening hopes in part of the left-wing electorate. For this reason, the aim is to approach her figure and analyse whether it is possible that the impact generated by the Galician politician’s leadership can be translated into electoral results. This paper concludes that Díaz’s leadership style, together with her role as manager, could lead to better electoral results for the political space to the left of the PSOE.
