Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present an archaeological site that was located in the 1990s but had gone virtually unnoticed in historiography, as there are hardly any cross-references to it. Following the policy of having published some of the most important Iberian sites in the northern foothills of the Sierra Nevada, in Granada, we present below the specific study of a site that plays an important role in the territory along with other large known sites such as Peñón de Arruta and El Cardal, related to the exploitation of the metallo-texts of the Sierra Nevada and to the phases of conquest of the territory of what will be the Colonia Iula Gemella Acci (present-day Guadix).
