How to Cite

Abstract

An osseous sample of the Nazarí epoch (XIII-XV th century) is studied: In that period goats and sheep constitute the base of meat consumption among population. Cattle would be used for the agricultural tasks and after wards it would be consumed when they stopped being useful for the labour. The diet would be completed with sporadic contributions of rabbits and fowls.
