Abstract
This paper presents a preliminary aftermath of the systematic research of the flaked lithic production that was practiced during the Bronze Age of La Mancha in the archaeological manifestation known as “Cultura de las Motillas”. Besides this, it try to explore the functional and economic significance of the denticulated elements, also called sickle pieces in the specialized literature in this field of study, from its formal analysis and comparison with similar artifacts find in the Copper and Bronze Age deposits from the High Andalusia and the Iberian southeast.
