How to Cite

Abstract

The provisioning of flint in the autonomous region of Extremadura is actually a study to be carried out. Our incapacity to relate sources of provisioning with artefacts from archaeological record can be explained by the absence of petrographic analysis but also by the lack of geological and archaeological surveys. In this paper we present the current state-of-art by gathering geological sources and describing macroscopically some materials from our projects in different areas of Extremadura.
