CIAVIEJA (EL EJIDO, ALMERÍA): RESULTADOS OBTENIDOS EN LAS CAMPAÑAS DE 1985 Y 1986. EL POBLADO DE LA EDAD DEL COBRE

Abstract

The Ciavieja site at El Ejido, to the West of the province of Almeria (Spain), extends the field of study of the social formation of Los Millares, located on the opposite side of the Sierra de Gador. We present a summary of the two emergency excavations carried out on the site and describe the different structures found, their associated materials and the C-14 dates, which correspond to a phase previous to Beaker pottery.
