Abstract

This work reviews the route of the aqueduct that supplied the Roman city of Sexi Firmum Iulium (Almuñécar, Granada), taking as its starting point data published in earlier studies and completing it with the results from the latest exploration campaigns. These have enabled usto finalise the analysis of the different elements that mark it out. The modern systems used to carry out agricultural work have also permitted us to develop the first approximations to the angles of the slopes of the canals.
