Formación docente en la era de la IA: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

El presente estudio es una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre la inclusión de la inteligencia artificial (IA), especialmente la IA generativa, en la formación inicial del profesorado. La investigación responde a dos objetivos: Describir cómo ha evolucionado la investigación sobre inteligencia artificial (IA) en la formación inicial del profesorado en los últimos años, e identificar e interpretar los tópicos más frecuentes en los estudios empíricos sobre IA y formación docente. En la metodología se empleó el protocolo PRISMA, aplicando criterios de búsqueda y calidad en bases de datos académicos como SCOPUS, WoS, Dialnet y TESEO. Los resultados evidencian que, a pesar de que el interés académico ha aumentado, aún se encuentra en fase exploratoria y se observa una necesidad de ampliar más investigaciones sobre esta temática. Se reconocieron seis tópicos principales: desafíos para el futuro de la formación docente, estrategias para su implementación, y la IA como objeto, producto, recurso asistencial en educación y dificultades en la implementación. Asimismo, se pone en manifiesto algunas barreras que limitan su implementación efectiva, incluyendo la falta de formación. Además, deben existir modelos formativos que articulen el pensamiento pedagógico con el uso crítico, ético y contextualizado de la tecnología, que permita a los docentes en formación comprender sus implicaciones educativas a mayor profundidad.
