Gender statistics in authorship

The International Journal of Racket Sports Science reaffirms its commitment to gender equality and aims to actively encourage women to become manuscript authors. Over the next two years, the journal will implement initiatives to increase female representation in the editorial process, such as promoting calls for submissions specifically for female researchers, strengthening the dissemination of our inclusion policies, and highlighting the work of female authors in each issue. Our goal is to contribute to a more balanced and diverse editorial environment, where more women feel motivated to submit their work and participate fully in scientific production.
