She is a lecturer in Translation and Interpreting at the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, at the Universidad Internacional de Valencia and at the Universidad Europea de Madrid since 2018 and she teaches in the Master in Intercultural Communication, Public Service Translation and Interpreting of the Universidad de Alcalá since 2012. Doctor cum laude in Modern Languages, Literature and Translation, she researches on the professionalization in Spain of Public Service Translation and Interpreting through the use of media.

She is part of the editorial board of FITISPos International Journal, member of the scientific committee of the translation journal Hikma and guest editor for Trans-kom volume 11, issue [2] 2. She is also a member of the organizing committee of the Young Researchers in Translation and Interpreting International Conference and the International Conference on Public Service Interpreting and Translation.

She is an active member of the research group FITISPos-UAH since 2012. She is a founding member of the AFIPTISP association and a co-organizer of the media activity “Global E-Party en TISP”. She has obtained the Doctoral Prize from the Universidad de Alcalá (2019) and she has been one of the laurates from the CIUTI institution (2020), wishes to promote excellence in T&I research.
