Desarrollo de Gastro retentivo Drug Delivery System de Cefalexina mediante el uso de diseño factorial

Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue formular y optimizar el sistema de administración de fármacos que contiene cefalexina flotante utilizando un diseño factorial 23. comprimidos flotantes se prepararon por el método de compresión directa que incorpora HPMC K4M, goma de xantano, goma guar, bicarbonato sódico y ácido tartárico como agente generador de gas. Se estudió la relación de polímero, el tipo de polímero y ácido tartárico en flotante tiempo de retraso y el perfil de liberación de cefalexina: La influencia de las variables independientes como, polímero. Se encontró que el exponente de difusión (n) de Krosmeyer Peppas para la formulación optimizada para ser 0,635, que indica el mecanismo de liberación del fármaco era el transporte anómalo. Flotante tiempo de retraso de la formulación optimizada era 1,50 min y se mantuvo boyante durante 24 horas. formulación optimizada se verifica la estabilidad a 40ºC / 75% de humedad relativa que se encontró que era estable. estudio de microscopía electrónica de barrido reveló la formación de gel. estudios de FT-IR revelaron que no hubo interacción química entre cefalexina y otros excipientes.
